How to configure Netscape Communicator E-mail client:
( Example is based on Netscape Communicator 4.6.1 )open Netscape Communicator
click Edit -> Preferences
double click Mail & Newsgroups -> Mail Servers
click Add botton on the right side of the screen
Server Name: ( Incoming Mail Server ) imap.jhmi.edu
Server Type: ( choose IMAP from drop down botton ) IMAP Server
User Name: your login userid
Check "Remember password" is your option.
click ok
Outgoing mail(SMTP) server: smtp.jhmi.edu
click ok
How to subscribe inbox from server
click Communicator from menu bar -> Messenger
Netscape Communications Services - Inbox - Netscape Folder will shows up
click File from menu bar -> Subscribe...
click drop down button, change Server to imap.jhmi.edu
highlight the folders that you would like to subscribe then click Subscribe
click ok
How to access your e-mail from Netscape communicator
click Communicator from nemu bar -> choose Messenger
answer the password if you did not choose to save your password.
